Purpose / Intent　
The Purpose of this section of the Integrated Management Plan (IMP) is to outline the processes to be followed to ensure that all Redpath employees and subcontractors at the Plant Yard project are Trade qualified and appropriately trained to perform their work safely, to protect the environment and to achieve a high standard of quality and proficiency in the tasks he or she will be assigned.
