Purpose / Intent
This section of the Integrated Management Plan provides an overview of Redpath Australia's strategies and procedures for managing Assets at the Plant Yard.
Enterprise asset management (EAM) means the whole life optimal management of the physical assets of Redpath to maximize value. It covers such things as the commissioning, maintenance and replacement of plant, equipment and facilities. By managing assets Redpath can improve utilization and performance, reduce capital costs, reduce asset-related operating costs, extend asset life and and in turn improve ROA (return on assets).
