Purpose / Intent　
This plan outlines the requirements for the Redpath Project Management Team (RPMT) of any changes at the Plant Yard and to ensure change management systems are in place to manage HSEC risks associated with planned changes, or when unplanned changes occur, whether permanent, temporary or as the result of incremental change.
