Purpose- This section of the Integrated Management Plan (IMP) is in place to ensure that all incidents at the Plant Yard are reported, investigated and analysed in order to identify the cause, prevent recurrence and to improve our HSEQ management systems and risk controls. All incidents (unplanned events) and hazards are to be reported and investigated to reduce the risk of recurrence.
