To help ensure the maintenance of a safe and efficient workplace by ensuring the disciplinary system is consistent, fair and reasonable to both Redpath and its employees. Redpath requires all employees to conform to the various codes and standards that govern Redpath's operations and to display the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their function within Redpath in a safe, competent and defined manner.

Redpath has a program in place for the rehabilitation of injured workers. The program actively encourages the rehabilitation of employees who have sustained a work related injury to ensure they return to the workforce as soon as practically possible. This procedure sets out the steps which should be followed in the case of an employee being injured and also identifies the Worker's Compensation Procedure for insurance purposes in relation to a work injury.

All injury producing accidents, Health and Safety and/or Environmental loss or damage incidents/accidents, or near-miss incidents are to be reported and, where appropriate, investigated to reduce the risk of recurrence. An incident is defined as an unplanned event.

This document details Redpath's procedure for Harassment and Discrimination Prevention. Full details of the policy can be found in Harassment and Discrimination Prevention Policy
