This induction must be completed and finalised before you arrive at site to start work. This induction process has been designed to:

•Provide you with knowledge of the relevant Redpath health, safety and environmental requirements,
•Provide you with information about working conditions and policies that affect your employment, and 
•Outline what you can expect from us and what we will expect from you

Generic Mine Workers Induction

This induction is a mandatory requirement that must be completed by all employees who are required to carry out any work on a Redpath project or work site.

The induction must be completed and finalised before you arrive at site to start work and will provide you with an overview of the generic health, safety and operational requirements that are relevant to your role

You will be required to complete a short knowledge assessment once you have finished the induction to ensure you understand your responsibilities, the pass mark is 100%

Underground Mine Workers Induction

This induction is a mandatory requirement that must be completed by all employees who are required to carry out any work within a Redpath underground mine.

The induction must be completed and finalised before you commence any work within an underground mine area. This induction will also provide you with an overview of the specific health, safety and operational requirements that are relevant to your role.

You will be required to complete a short knowledge assessment once you have finished the induction to ensure you understand your responsibilities, the pass mark is 100%
